Calling Talented Senior Business Analysts to Join Our Manufacturing Operations Team

Seeking an experienced and sharp Senior Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations and ERP systems to join our dynamic company. This role calls for professionals proficient in addressing complex business challenges and paving the way for innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

As our Senior Business Analyst, you'll be a critical part of the evolution of our manufacturing systems. You'll focus on various areas like Bill of Material Management, Routing Management, Inventory Management, Forecast to Plan, and Plan to Build. Your tasks will include:

• Participation in the selection, implementation, and integration of manufacturing systems, such as PLM, MOM, MES, ERP, and EWI.

• Providing insights across discrete manufacturing operations: Assembly Operations, Material Handling, Master Data Management for Manufacturing, Manufacturing Planning, and Shipping & Distribution Operations.

• Leading project deliverables and serving as a liaison between Operations and IT to gather business requirements for system modifications and enhancements.

• Conceptualizing rapid prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions and defining business requirements based on business needs and gaps.

• Managing small to medium sized projects, ensuring adherence to business process development and project management principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 10+ years' experience as a business system analyst within a manufacturing environment

• Broad knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and applications including ERP, MES, PLM & Planning

• Competency with SQL for queries, reporting & analysis

• Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite, Logility Voyager and Logility Manufacturing Planning will be favored

• Proven experience in project management, and a good understanding of project management methodologies

• Ability to multitask, manage priorities and work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives

Salary range: $110 - $150k depending on experience

Hybrid in Portland, OR
