We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient data entry of relevant information

• Adhere to the set work schedules, ensuring tasks are completed within the specified hours

• Maintain a high level of organization within the workplace, ensuring a smooth workflow

• Promptly report any issues or discrepancies noted during sorting or data entry tasks

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Continual monitoring of work processes to identify areas for improvement

• Provide support to other team members as required, fostering a team-focused work environment

• Handle other administrative tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Entry is essential for this role.

• General office skills such as filing, sorting, and managing paperwork are required.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
