Job Description

The Sales Manager will serve as the head of the sales team at the Brookdale Bath assisted living and memory care facility. Work hours will vary, and candidates will need to be ok with working late and potentially weekends on occasion. Their key responsibilities would be generating leads, advancing leads, fostering a positive sales culture, managing the lead database, and managing performance indicators. This position will require a high volume of phone calls and candidates will need to be comfortable spending 75% of their day on the phone. Additionally, 25%-40% of the time there will be outside sales duties requiring the manager to visit various clinical facilities.

-Both outside and inside sales experience or experience within assisted living

-Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) null
